Returns & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from G17MVG. Because we use a dropshipping returns and exchanges are processed slightly differently than a traditional retailer.
Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Eligibility Window
You have 10 working days from the date your order was delivered to initiate a return or exchange. Items returned outside of this window will not be accepted.
2. Condition of Item
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
Unused and unworn.
In the original condition it was received.
Returned with all original tags and packaging intact.
Free of any odors, stains, or damage (e.g., perfume, smoke, pet hair, makeup).
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet these conditions.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance.
Personalised items, unless damaged
Gift Cards.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Since we ship directly from our suppliers, do not send the item back to the address on the shipping label.
Contact Us First: Email us at G17MVG@gmail.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return or exchange. For damaged or incorrect items, please attach clear photographs.
Await Instructions: We will review your request and, if approved, we will provide you with the specific Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the exact return address for our supplier/warehouse.
Ship the Item: Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of your package and mail the item to the provided address. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items shipped without tracking.
5. Shipping Costs for Returns
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Item: If the return is a result of our error (you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs. We will provide you with a pre-paid return label.
Change of Mind/Size Exchange: If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or any other reason not related to a product defect, you are responsible for the original and return shipping costs.
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected by our supplier, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Please Note: We only refund the cost of the item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is a result of our error.
7. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or colour:
Follow the return initiation steps in Section 4.
If the exchange is approved, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost of the original item (see Section 5).
To ensure the item you want is in stock, we recommend placing a new order for the desired size/color immediately and treating the original item as a return for a refund.
